The minutes of the last meeting held on 26th February were read out and matters arising were dealt with at the same time.
- Finance: Fiona had not had chance to bring the accounts up to date hence Jessamy had emailed out the necessary papers beforehand.

32 Day Notice: £37,025
Fixed Term notice: £35,402 – this matures on 10/04/26 and will be reinvested
There were some debts from lettings- Dog training, Lou’s yoga and Jessamy is owed
£1,026 entered under outstanding creditors.
The new finance software to be used by Fiona is Xero and will initially cost 96p per month. The price will increase after 6 months.
The insurance has been paid £2,247,88 - Eligibility forms: were signed and returned to Roderick. Trustee Declaration of
Interests are being checked by Celia. - Draft Constitution: of Incorporated Charity was discussed. Title Deed is 5/7/27 but we want this earlier and needs to be speeded up for NL requirements. The re-written Constitution will be sent out to Trustees.
- Job Descriptions: for all roles had been sent out by Celia and these are straight
forward apart from the Treasurer’s. Fiona to amend this. - Policy Updates:
Financial Control needs amending and rewording possibly by Fiona, however, we still
need to go through this properly together.
Equity, Diversity and Inclusion -Fiona has worked on this and we need to consider
updating the Ethics policy too. Chris will update with Fiona.
Donations Policy -we can adopt the one Celia sent out but it might be rather lengthy.
A high risk donation is £20k and above. Jessamy asked that ‘work place giving’ needs
to be included in the policy. Celia to amend . - New Build Working Party– Public village open morning to be held for villagers at café on 29 th
