Use dumbbells, resistance bands, or body weight only, to work through an exercise program in order to maintain or improve strength, bone density, balance and endurance.
Join a small mixed age group from Ousden and nearby villages to make strength training fun and sociable. The sessions are created and led by a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach. They are super friendly and relaxed but we get the work done.
Focus can be on lighter work in order to maintain muscle strength or when returning from injury, or on increasing load or resistance to increase strength. The Trainer is there to advise and support you.

Ousden Village Hall, Tuesdays 9-10am
£12 per drop-in session or £10 per session if booking 4 sessions in advance.
Come along and give it a try – mats and equipment are available to use. Advice is given regarding suitable equipment and low expenditure options when you want to buy your own.
